Limassol – Audit Partner with Costas Tsielepis & Co Ltd, Costas Constantinou, retired last month after almost 34 years on the job.

Costas has been with the audit firm in its current form since 1992 and retired at the age of 67. He has been working as an Auditor since 1980.

In an emotional send-off on 31 December 2025, attended by the entire staff of Costas Tsielepis & Co and his family, Costas was told that his decades of service left a lasting imprint on the firm.

The event was filled with heartfelt moments, as colleagues came together to celebrate a career defined by professionalism, integrity, mentorship and friendship.

Moving speeches were delivered by the founder of the company, Costas Tsielepis, fellow partners, George and Alexis Tsielepis and by long-standing colleagues, who shared personal stories and reflected on the partner’s invaluable contribution to the firm’s growth and culture.

The gathering served not only as a farewell, but also as a heartfelt expression of gratitude and respect for a remarkable professional journey.

While his day-to-day presence at the firm will be missed, the legacy of his guidance, values, and professionalism will continue to shape the firm’s operations for years to come.
