Nicolas Papapanayiotou shares his knowledge with Cyprus professionals

Limassol – The Tsielepis Tax Academy is now open for learning!

The Academy, which represents the educational arm of well-known Limassol tax advisors and auditors, Costas Tsielepis & Co Ltd, was recently launched to offer tax-dedicated knowledge to tax consultants, tax lawyers, auditors and accountants of all levels, and other related professionals.

Over the coming months, the Academy is planning of holding a series of seminars and workshops, starting with Taxation for Individuals on 27 September 2024, more information on which will be announced soon. The topics to be addressed will cover the tax aspects of specific areas of legislation and specific types of transactions or specific industries, offering attendees an unprecedented level of comprehension and specialisation on the subject matters.

The seminars will be delivered by the Academy’s Lead Instructor and Head of Taxation of Costas Tsielepis & Co, Nicolas Papapanayiotou, as well as guest tax experts from Cyprus and abroad.

Nicolas specializes in direct tax and is now widely considered as one the leading tax advisors on the island. His solid practical and teaching experience of Cyprus’ tax legislation and its applications position him uniquely to lead the Tsielepis Tax Academy.

Nicolas was the principal lecturer of GlobalTraining, the professional training arm of the University of Nicosia in Limassol from 2016 until June 2024 lecturing on the principles of Advanced Taxation to ACCA students.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and has authored various articles, reports and presentations on Cyprus tax law and the implementation of EU Directives.
